**I. Mô tả công việc**:

- Tập trung vào việc quản lý và phát triển sản phẩm dịch vụ xét nghiệm hoàn chỉnh từ ý tưởng đến khi ra mắt thị trường.
- Đảm bảo sản phẩm phù hợp với nhu cầu khách hàng và chiến lược kinh doanh.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, phân tích nhu cầu khách hàng, xu hướng ngành và đối thủ cạnh tranh.
- Phối hợp giữa các phòng ban (R&D, phòng LAB, Marketing) để hiện thực hóa ý tưởng sản phẩm.
- Theo dõi hiệu quả của sản phẩm trên thị trường và đề xuất cải tiến.
- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng chiến lược và quản lý vòng đời sản phẩm.
- Thực hiện các công việc theo sự chỉ đạo của quản lý.

**II. Yêu cầu**:

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Marketing/ Y Dược/ Công nghệ sinh học.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm PS trong mảng xét nghiệm Gen
- Kỹ năng chuyên môn về Y Dược. Có kiến thức về Marketing; truyền thông; nhu cầu khách hàng.
- Kỹ năng phân tích thị trường và lập kế hoạch chiến lược.
- Kỹ năng quản lý dự án và phối hợp đa phòng ban.

**III. Quyền lợi**:

- Thu nhập từ 12 - 20 triệu/tháng (tùy thuộc kinh nghiệm). Thời gian làm việc: 8h - 17h30. Từ T2 - T7. Thứ 7 làm việc từ 8h - 12h.
