**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collate and disseminate construction project information from newspapers, councils, online, tenders and other varied sources.
- Gather and qualify information through outbound calls to contacts within the building and construction industry.
- Update and ensure ongoing validity and quality of leads and projects through recall system.
- Database management
- Achieving quantitative and qualitative goals as set.
- Handle inbound client enquiries within given time frames.
- Collaborate with the APAC managers and staff to support data alignment and research improvement goals across the region.
- Provide ad-hoc mentoring of new staff when required.
- Support other products other products, platforms and Hubexo events through ad-hoc assigned tasks.
- Building relationships with stakeholders and construction professionals (industry informants).
- Uphold Hubexo philosophies, values and guiding principles.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Bachelor of Arts-related studies
- Must be open to a probationary contract, which includes a structured 1-4 week training program focused on performance, attendance, and adaptability
- **High-level English proficiency (written & verbal)**
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls
- Hard-working and has the ability to multi-task
- Experience in customer service or research is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (combination of office and remote work)
