Admin Intern

As an Admin Intern, your typical work activities include:
Manage, keep track and distribute department assets and accessories (PCs, mouse, key board, RAM, monitor), prepare monthly asset report;
Prepare for new joiners (PC arrangement, create User ID, phone, taxi card, welcoming new staff...);
Prepare for resignation associates; do exit checklist;
Support in organizing Department Events like Department meeting, Group Meeting, Workshops, Long year service celebration;
Collect goods from Logistic team and transfer to working area

Make expense claim form, Payment requisition and submit to Account team;
Purchase stationery, office equipment as per regulation;
Support in receiving/ sending courier;
Support in delivering gifts, allowances from company to employee

Support associates in daily arising topics;
Support in welcoming guest, invitation letters, supporting accommodation, visa and travel, gift;
Other required tasks

**Qualifications**:
Must be undergraduate students with proficient English

Able to work full time in 6 months.

Self-motivated, highly committed, strong, confident, hard-working and responsible to work under pressure and get the job done timely.

Good interpersonal and intercultural awareness to work with both internal and external customers.

Proactive, able to handle multi-tasks with appropriate priority.

Keen on learning new things to work either independently or in team.
