Monitor and resolve issues in both Production and Integration environments.
- Participate in BOC (Business Operation Center) sessions with customers for live monitoring, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of production databases.
- Ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security, tuning, and performance for health and support database services.
- Provide support to development teams on database aspects.
- Contribute to transformation and architecture projects, involving architecture improvements and technical challenges as the company grows on AWS and OCI Cloud.
- Gain a deep understanding of the SecuTix data model, business logic, and customer data.
- Utilize and learn diverse database technologies, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Amazon RDS.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in databases, handling challenging positions.
- Strong DBA expertise in both Production environments and providing support to development teams.
- Proficient in Oracle Database Server, PL/SQL, tuning, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent self-learning abilities, capable of independently researching and proposing solutions to database challenges.
- Exhibits traits of accuracy, organization, attention to detail, proactivity, care, and curiosity.
- Brings experience with databases at a large scale and high-performance, including Oracle Database, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
