The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of talent acquisition, executive search operations, and internal stakeholder management.
- Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing and talent acquisition activities.
- Support employee wellbeing & internal communications activities of company such as:

- Write creative communication content and ensure it is clear and aligned with our business strategy.
- Create idea and manage internal events.
- Boost business connectivity and performance.
- Support business development activities:

- Building up database of prospects.
- Research information about the market, clients, and industry.
- Coordinate with responsible people from other divisions to collect information for weekly, monthly report.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system.
- Input and update data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business development activities.
- Initiate new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related fields. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and other communication platforms is highly recommended. Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative and risks. Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and analysis. Fluent in both written and reading English. Laptop is required.
