We're seeking an in-house IT business analyst who has at least 3-year experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret business issues into technical solutions
- Evaluate client’s existing business process
- Design and implement technical solutions to meet client needs
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, use cases, user flow diagrams, user stories, project definitions and scope statements.
- Document proposals
- Responsible for securing that the requirements can be understood by both Business and IT
- Execute client projects within timelines and budgets, while keeping client's needs and priorities in mind
- Competent to work on all phases of systems analysis while considering business implications of the applied technologies to current and future business environments.
- Bring new ideas and provide creative solutions for various business issues
- Assist in managing existing client relationships
- Assist in building new client relationships
- Execute assigned tasks from CTO, Project Manager and Development Team Lead
- Assisting PM in terms of planning and keeping track of the projects.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems related or equivalent experience, Business Administrator or other advanced degree preferred
- Elicitation techniques knowledge
- Hands
- on experience with UML diagram
- Demonstrated experience in software systems operations, new systems implementation, and IT software development life cycle
- Strong cross-functional and software analyst skills
- Demonstrated hands-on experience creating business requirements, functional requirements, process maps, test plans, and test scripts
- Ability to bring people together and communicate technical language in a non-technical manner
- Meet deadlines and deliver quality work, even under pressure.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
- **Confident and strong communication skills - both oral and written in English.**
- Ability to setup and run meetings with teammates and clients
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work with people at different levels of the organization and outside the team
