I. Job summary:
To be a part of Legal team and will be responsible for legal related duties to support the Company business as assigned by Senior Corporate Legal Manager.

II. Job accountabilities:

- Handle, draft and review variety of contracts and other legal documents as instructed by line manager;
- Support other departments to negotiate contract with business partners, vendors, suppliers;
- Provide legal advice and guidance on daily operations related to the Company’s business activities and ad-hoc cases;
- Support line manager to implement legal and compliance polices in accordance with the applicable laws and the Company’s internal policies;
- Support line manager in analyze and solving legal documents and matters in timely manner;
- Research and update latest regulations related Company’s business activities;
- Coordinating with external lawyers/ consultants/ agencies to handle related legal matters as required;
- Other tasks assigned by line manager from time to time.

III. Job requirements:

- Graduated bachelor degree in Law or related major;
- At least 3 years of working experience in law firm or as an in-house counsel;
- Profound knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Business Law, Civil Law and other relevant laws;
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, communication and improvement mindset;
- Be able to work independently and as a part of team, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment, and work under pressure/tight deadline;
- Have a good command of spoken and written English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
