Sourcing and Procurement Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee sourcing strategies for timely, cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Identify and evaluate global suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Monitor market trends for cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure team members source the best suppliers for machinery, services, inks, and embellishments, with at least three suppliers per request.
- Request samples to assess quality and review supplier references and feedback.
- Confirm compliance with UA standards before proposing suppliers.
- Verify suppliers' capacity and experience, maintaining a checklist to ensure they meet at least 80% of requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs for favorable terms and conduct necessary training on procedures and expectations.
- Ensure all outsourced work meets legal and environmental standards.

Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage supplier relationships from identification to performance evaluation, establishing long-term partnerships.
- Lead supplier development for continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.

Outsource Team Coordination
- Ensure clarity on customer requests and risks in production.
- Ensure timely information exchange with the Commercial Team and clear communication protocols.

Capacity Planning and Shipment Management
- Book supplier capacity and ensure timely ordering of materials.
- Plan shipments 1-3 months in advance and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Ensure quality checks on all garments before delivery to suppliers.

Procurement Operations Management
- Oversee procurement operations to ensure policy adherence and budget compliance.
- Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and resolve supplier disputes.
- Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain updated documentation across all procurement processes.
- Submit daily and monthly reports on sourcing and procurement activities.
- Track and manage costs related to outsourcing and ensure adherence to budgets.

Training and Development
- Guide the team in SOP compliance and continuously update training materials.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and improvement, and assess training effectiveness.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Outsource team, setting performance objectives and tracking KPIs.
- Optimize processes to enhance quality, cost, and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in fashion management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience in outsourcing processes.
- Strong understanding of embellishment techniques and quality control.
- Experience in planning, sourcing, and outsourcing.
