About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import & Export Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of export documentation, coordinating courier shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global logistics and build a solid foundation in international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing documents to complete the COO for all shipments as requirements from customers. (All forms A, B, VK, AANZ, E, AI, REX, VC, D )
- Working with local suppliers to issue necessary documents for COO releasing as regulations.
- Control the costs and arrange all courier shipments.
- Arranging and keep tracking courier shipments: Fedex, DHL, TNT, UPS
- Follow up and update to sales team the courier shipments status until deliveried
- Updating new circular regulations according of government regulations
- Arrange the certificate for local orders as customer requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in import-export or logistics operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of COO forms, courier shipments, and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and eagerness to learn.
