MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Develop and organize travel programs, including itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and other activities.
Coordinate with travel service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and local guides, to ensure smooth execution of tour requirements.
Manage and monitor tour operations throughout the entire process, ensuring adherence to schedules and meeting customer requirements.
Handle any issues that arise during tours, such as itinerary changes, hotel room adjustments, or customer concerns.
Ensure clear and accurate communication of tour information to customers, including itinerary details, guides, and any special requirements.
Assist customers with tour bookings, providing detailed information about tours and addressing related inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing department to promote and market tours effectively.
Stay updated on new travel trends and gather information about attractive travel destinations.
Prepare post-tour reports and gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and enhance the travel experience.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Strong planning, organization, and management skills.
Knowledge of travel destinations, transportation options, and tourist activities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Attention to detail, meticulousness, and problem-solving abilities.
Good time management skills and ability to handle work pressure.
Proficiency in using office tools, including Microsoft Office and tour booking software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal (preferred).
Previous experience in tour operations or equivalent positions is a plus.
