We are looking for a team-player, nice and dedicated personality who will, with the team, tackle our platform product and system software in order to solve many tough problems in our workgroup.

**Scope of work**:

- Take the role of Scrum teams as the Product Manager
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Work with Product development and provide insights and analysis of data analytics, and provide platform analysis.
- Prepare and refine backlog in a proper way. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories or work packages.
- Work closely with other Product Managers to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Keep an eye on our competitors and the industry’s new trends.
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

**Requirements**:
**_ Must have_**
- Previous working experience as a Product Manager for 2-3 year(s)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Fluent with Scrum practices and methodologies
- Experience with Product Analytics and Data Platform
- More adept at data management and analysis
- Can works closely with Data Scientists and craft a valuable data-powered UX
- Experience with software development and other practices: Quality Management, and Testing.
- Have a good understanding of analytics, statistical thinking and/or data science background.
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details
- Team player and able to work cross-team, cross-border and cross-function
- A nice and attentive personality

- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Good content writing skills
- Good verbal and written communication with internal customers and internal technical team members
- Familiar with with cloud tech stack, especially Google Cloud Platform or AWS

- Creative thinker with a vision. Think out-of-the-box

**_ Academic degree_**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or Business
