Vị trí này có trách nhiệm Triển khai các hoạt động huấn luyện đến lực lượng đại lý bảo hiểm, tư vấn các giải pháp đào tạo và hỗ trợ thiết kế chương trình phù hợp

This position is responsible for deploying training activities to the insurance agent force, consulting training solutions and assisting in designing appropriate programs.

Lập kế hoạch tổ chức & giám sát các chương trình đào tạo huấn luyện:
1. Planning & supervise to organize training programs:

- Develop, supervise, boost performance and efficiency of training activities in assigned area. Phát triển, giám sát, tăng cường hiệu suất và hiệu quả làm việc của đội ngũ Pru-Planner.
- Supervise and coach for all activities of Pru-planner team. Lên kế hoạch huấn luyện và giám sát cho mọi hoạt động của đội nhóm Pru-Planner.
- Supervise and evaluate implementation plan of team to ensure the quality and timeline Đánh giá và giám sát kế hoạch thực hiện của đội nhóm để đảm bảo đúng theo kế hoạch đề ra và đạt chất lượng.
- Check and ensure the quality of training procedures and activities in line with company and department regulation. Kiểm tra các quy trình và hoạt động vận hành bảo đảm đúng theo quy định của bộ phận và công ty.
- Coordinate with the PruVenture business team and others to develop capabilities PruVenture business development force. Phối hợp cùng bộ phận kinh doanh kênh PruVenture đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ Quản Lý Kinh Doanh Kênh Thành Thị (BDM)

Conduct training activities as assigned training plan

Thực hiện đứng lớp đào tạo, huấn luyện theo lịch

Participate in training design and development for Pru-planners.

3. Hỗ trợ kinh doanh:
Business support:

- Kiểm tra, thúc đẩy tư vấn viên trong việc vận dụng những kiến thức, kỹ năng đã được huấn luyện đào tạo vào công việc nhằm đạt được doanh số cao nhất.
- Phối hợp với BDM/ARSH/RSH để thống nhất các hoạt động hỗ trợ hiệu quả và phù hợp cho tư vấn viên hướng tới hoàn thành mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Coordinate with BDM/ARSH/RSH to unify effective and appropriate support activities for counselors towards achieving business goals.

Quản lý và phát triển các dự án trong miền:
5. Managing and developing projects in the domain:

- Tham gia các dự án với vai trò người điểu phối, triển khai. Hỗ trợ các chuyên viên huấn luyện trong vùng để việc triển khai dự án trên toàn vùng được hiệu quả
- Participate in projects as a coordinator and implementation. Supporting regional trainers to implement projects across the region effectively
