We are a cozy, accessible spot for locals and tourists seeking great food and drinks. **The Role** We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused **Bar Manager** (Foreign National Only) to lead our team and ensure the smooth, profitable operation of the bar while upholding our high standards of service and ambiance. The Bar Manager will be the face of the venue, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the friendly, inviting atmosphere our patrons love. **Key Responsibilities** - **Team Leadership & Management**: - **Customer Experience & Ambiance**: - **Operations & Inventory**: - **Menu & Promotion** **Required Qualifications** - **Experience**: Minimum of **2 years** of proven, hands-on experience in a Bar management role. - **Language**: Fluency in **English** (written and verbal communication) is mandatory. - **Customer Focus**: A genuine passion for hospitality and a deep commitment to the "Customers First" service principle. - **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - **Product Knowledge**: Extensive knowledge of craft beer, brewing processes, and the international beer scene. **Compensation** - **Salary**: Open and negotiable, commensurate with experience and expertise. - **Other Benefits**: To be discussed during the interview process.
