**Job description**:
We are seeking talented, Senior Flutter Mobile Developer and Flutter Technical Lead to join our team, contribute to our initiatives, and stay abreast of the latest technological advancements.

**Role Description**
- Study project requirements, solution architecture and current source code (if available).
- Maintain and enhance the existing codebase, improving its performance, stability, and scalability.
- Work with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Investigate and diagnose software defects, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of Dart, Swift, Flutter, grasp of state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
- Knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Experience working with modern tools including Jira, Slack, Git and AzureDevOps is a plus.
- Good oral and written English communication is a plus.

- 2+ years of experience as a technical lead.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
