- Assist COO in Sales with Japanese Market.
- Arrange meetings with Japanese customers (mainly project managers in NTT DATA Japan or NTT DATA Group companies)
- Create agenda and contents of the meetings
- Attend the above meetings and confirm requirements (scope, timeline, budget etc.)
- Organize and file documents
- Plan and participate in a social party with Japanese customers to make good relationships
- Arrange the resources with NDVN PMs and make a proposal and a quotation
- Negotiate with customers and close the deal
- Manage Head of Application's schedules and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Manage business card for Head of Application
- Report to Head of Application Solution
