1. Marketing and Communications:

- Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
- Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials
- Develop and oversee the communications calendar to ensure timely execution of the program
- Participate in budget development and support budget management
- Use independent judgment to execute marketing and communications plan
- Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts
- Analyze marketing and communications programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
- Other tasks as assigned

2. Events and Programs:

- Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities.
- Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments;
- Provide support to each member of the marketing team as needed.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor/ Diploma degree Marketing or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of marketing experience, especially in relevant field in consumer goods (mattress & furniture preferred)
- Prudence, aggressiveness & hard working.
- Strategic thinking and strong leadership skill.
- People-oriented and good building successor capability.
- Excellent teamwork and independence competency.
- Good English presentation & communication skill.
- Deadline commitment & result oriented
