**What We Can Offer**:

- Create and implement a PR, digital calendar, and plan that adheres to brand strategy and global communications rules. Track KPIs and outcomes.
- Build local digital platforms (Facebook, websites, etc.) in collaboration with the brand manager and global/regional marketing, utilizing the brand's existing assets (Instagram, YouTube) to adapt for the market
- Work and manage a local PR and Digital Agency to develop, localize the platforms, build social media strategy, contents, and activities to make sure all the brand guidelines are adhered to. Analyze the matrix, KPIs, and report on a map.
- On a monthly basis, track competitors' PR/Digital initiatives, business development, and market trends. Create an action strategy and proposal in response to these findings.
- Establish, strengthen, and keep a positive relationship with KOLs and Influencer Program (beauty editors, bloggers, media, freelance artists in the industry, stylists, designers, tastemakers, photographers, creative directors, celebrities, etc.)
- Combine monthly reports with press/online clippings
- Manage inventory management and reporting
- Implement CRM program and activities in accordance with the brand strategy and in alignment with PR and the digital plan from online to offline.
- Work with Marketing/Brand Manager to execute marketing activities (launch plan, events, counter activities) in accordance with brand marketing calendar and strategy.
- Assist counters/stores in organizing counter activities, VIP events, and in-store experiences. Work with the marketing/brand manager to analyze and keep track of the customer database
- Coordinate counter operations and needs with the counter/store manager, the retail manager, and the training manager: POSM, visibility, and publicity.
- Assist the counter manager and the retail and training manager in organizing, arranging, and executing retail events
- Work with Regional team on Vietnam CRM and communications plan, design in compliance with the brand guidelines
- Implement and track results on each trigger campaign and propose action/change/initiative accordingly
- Internally, work closely with cross-functions team and provide support
- Externally, build and maintain a great relationship with media and influencers
- Build and develop a long-term partnership with PR & Digital Agency, Event Agency and Partners
- In all cases, make sure the brand DNA and guidelines are understood and adhered.

**Job Requirements**:
Job Related Experience: Three years PR, digital and marketing experience, cosmetics preferred
Analytical/Interpretive Skills
Excellent communication, leadership and social skills. Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change.
Previous experience in cosmetics/fashion field preferred
Great knowledge of PR and Digital Competitive Landscape and Trends; Experience in PR, Digital and Marketing Management.
Education: College/University background required
