MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Ensure all service/activities prepared for guest use and ensure set up conforms to Regent standard by all staff
Adhere to the established activities programs and duty timetables to ensure that they are carried out as planned
Ensure that working areas are properly maintained and cleaned in accordance to standards by all staff.
Prepare all pool & beach service, water sport, gym facilities /service as standard and ensure all ready before operation hours, random check staff do it.
Ensure all service at all outlet running as standard set up (refreshment, water, towel food service.)
Ensure Forbes Travel Guide Standards applicable by all staff and daily checking it.
Make sure all F&B service by all staff running smoothly
Responsible for recording orders through the Point of Sale system and actively monitor preparation times in order to deliver food & beverage items within a timely manner.
- Responsibly handle cash and credit card payments, by carefully recording transactions in the Point of Sale System, resulting in an accurate daily report at the end of the day.

Ensure activities/service materials / inventories are maintained to avoid impact on activities service
Carry out general maintenance and follow up, cleaning to the related equipment as required (Bike, sun desk table)
Liaise with other departments to ensure that recreation operations run smoothly and that bookings/request are taken correctly, adhered to, and billed correctly.
Check and prepare in all station of game, water sport, gym ready for guest used and make sure all staff do job accordingly
Conduct daily activities inside and outside of the resort in a safe and efficient manner that provides a high standard of service to the guest.
Provide assistance where required to guests using activities and facilities, and provide instruction regarding all related activity and facilities including safety and correct use of equipment
Ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service by all staff
Provide information, history of the destinations guest visited and gentle answer guest question.
Effectively communicate with guests - verbally and through body language - to respond to any additional requests and to determine when an activity has been completed.
Carries out specific activity programs as required.
Responsible for all associates on duty and ensuring that activities are provided.
Ensure that all tasks and duties performed by his/her staff are carried out in accordance to the standards
Ensure all associates are appropriately trained for the activities and areas of their responsibility with special attention to new staff.
Handle special requests from guests and assist all staff complete their tasks successfully
Maintain communication with all team manager/assistant/ supervisors and staff to ensure effective completion of tasks
Handle guest complaints if possible, or report them to higher manager.
Training/guiding for new staff and refresh it monthly
Ensure safety standards are adhered from all staff
Enthusiastic about learning new skills and activities
Assist Assistant/ Manager with all operations for the entire activities department
Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with your colleagues.
Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming and hygiene guidelines.
Participate in training as required.
Keep a professional working manner at all times.
Assist and performance additional task given by Assistant/Manager
