Job Summary
- Perform variety of attending duties at KHOS swimming pools or beach area. Associates are also expected to spend hours at a time on their feet, or under water so they should be in good physical health. To work under the guidance of the Recreation Manager / Supervisor with a special emphasis in the Resort operation, policy, procedure, and standards, are maintenance
Essential duties and responsibilities - (Key activities)

In addition to regularly cleaning the area, you should be comfortable selling refreshments to guests and providing safety information to everybody
Attend briefing to obtain information for the shift.
Be a valued member of the team, so you should be flexible and ready to switch responsibilities at a moment’s notice
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
Promote the rules and regulations of the swimming pools intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members
Observe activities in the swimming pools and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency
Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager
Clean and maintain swimming pools equipment and supplies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Follow company policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Assist guest with sitting area, sun lounge bed or cabana.
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Maintain positive working relationships with others by support team to reach common goals
If applicable, process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales
Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop, move, lift, or carry objects, stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Operate daily swimming pool in a professional, safe and enjoyable manner to the satisfaction of guest, Recreation Manager
Assist all guest and on complaints immediately take action and then report where needed
Explore and develop new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and new sports possibilities that we currently can improve
Report of any problems that have occurred
Coordinate with all department and in case of the Rainy day for, Set up Activities
Ensure an adequate supply of towels and amenities are available to guest
Control pool linen and report it daily to supervisor/manager.
Check on the equipment and ensure that they are in the line of safety
To upsell the recreation and resort facilities
Comply with department training plan for low season and high season by training record
Knowledge of attractive excursion of Hoi An, Cu Lao Cham and surrounding to inform the guest
First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifesaving certification
Swimming efficiency
Be able to work overtime when required and complete extra jobs if assigned
Ensure all equipment is checked for damages.
Maintain cleanliness of the storerooms and services daily
