**Location**: Hanoi, Vietnam

**1. Main tasks**:

- Ensure that projects are completed in line with internal quality standards and that contractual commitments with clients are met.
- Using several project managing tools, create a project charter and a project management plan. Projects might be in Vietnam or other South East Asian nations.
- Take overall responsibility for project budgets, quality, safety, and timeliness.
- Manage and control the timetable and resources.
- Recognize and handle project risks and opportunities.
- Lead and manage the project as well as the project team, while closely coordinating.
- Collaboration with the engineering and procurement teams during project execution
- Oversee integrated change management and claim management.
- Assist the team during the bidding process.
- Communicate with customers to ensure that they are happy with the company's project delivery services and that they are correctly managing their share of the contract.

**2. Requirements**:

- 5 years in the same role for global corporations
- Experience with heavy industrial projects
- A full grasp of the project delivery process, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Problem-solving and people-management abilities
- Capable of efficiently training others
- Capable of leading an engineering management meeting in English and creating particular ideas and reports.
