- Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with colleagues in other departments and other countries to assist staff traveling or relocation.
- Providing advice on the effective payment method and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the payment process.
- Working directly with key members and stakeholders to support booking and address any urgent issues during the booking process.
- Handling any issues or disruptions that may occur during the booking process, such as cancellations, changes, or delays, and take prompt and proactive measures to resolve them.
- Researching and evaluate various options to propose the best and most affordable choices for hotel bookings and flight reservations.
- Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
- Managing the end
- to
- end process of booking for staff and stakeholders traveling on business trips, including accommodation, flight tickets, transportation, and other requirements.
- Working with hotels, airlines, and booking vendors/providers to secure reservations and negotiate favorable rates and terms.
- Proactively updating policies and required documents for international airlines and hotels in the APAC area, consult staff and stakeholders when necessary.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 5 years of experience in booking flight tickets or hotels.
- Having experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of international booking for accommodation and flights in the APAC area.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding the best and most cost-effective options.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with key members, stakeholders and external booking vendors.
- Having experience in working visas and administrative tasks is a strong plus.
- Excellent in English, especially speaking in English.
- Be responsible, trustworthy, careful and organized, agile,resourceful problem-solver.
- Eager to learn, detail oriented and supportive attitude.
