**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay informed about updates in regulations and compliance standards related to KYC/B and customer onboarding.
- Ensure all processes adhere to local and international legal requirements.
- Manage customer inquiries or cases related to KYC/B in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and resolve cases to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Provide support for urgent tasks or special projects requiring KYC/B expertise.
- Act as a resource for KYC/B-related queries or initiatives within the team.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in KYC/B, AML, or similar fields, preferably within financial services or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in KYC/B processes.
- ** Fluent in both English and Thai**:

- Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information securely.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in process optimization or working on compliance-related projects.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer service platforms.
