Purpose of the position:
You’ll be responsible for managing our social media networks (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok at the moment) and digital projects according to the campaign strategy defined by the management team
Main duty:
Develop digital content strategy for online platforms (social media pages and e-commerce pages)
Set up, run and adjust Performance Ads campaign to reach KPIs
Schedule, execute, monitor all the posts and Ads on online platforms
Graphic design and creation of tools for social media and online needs
Monitor delays and coordinate the work of outsourced material, design, and production for social media purpose
Coordinate all social media channels in a consistent ‘on brand’ voice in line with our high standards
Prepare reports on social media performance and suggest adjustment to reach targets
Able to design contents
Other missions
Translation of marketing material Eng-Vn
Event organization related tasks: gifts and samples preparation for online games and activations, KOL activations support
Digital agency briefing and coordination when projects are outsourced

Basic knowledge of the digital beauty landscape and social media advertising
You have knowledge in design and contents for social media
Able to set-up and run ads performance
Know how to use software for design as photoshop, canva, video editing
Good eye for details
Good communication skills
Well organize in order to reach the deadline and KPI
You speak communication English
