E-commerce Data Analyst - Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

**What You’ll Do**
- Use **SQL**to extract, clean, and analyze campaign, website, and customer performance data
- Run **A/B tests**, monitor results, and help teams improve ROI and conversions
- Work with marketers and designers to translate insights into actionable next steps
- Build easy-to-use dashboards to show trends, KPIs, and wins
- Maintain data quality, respond quickly to urgent requests, and prioritize key business needs
- Analyze competitors, trends, and new opportunities in global eCommerce markets

**What You Bring**
- Strong **SQL** skills and experience analyzing eCommerce or marketing data
- Familiarity **with A/B testing** methodologies and conversion analysis
- Working knowledge of platforms like **Shopify, Amazon, Google Analytics, or CRM systems**
- Experience using **Excel, Tableau, Power BI,** or similar tools to present clear, visual reports
- Calm under pressure and able to deliver on deadlines without missing details
- **Fluent in English and Vietnamese**—comfortable working in English daily
- IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is preferred
