You have excellent statistics and analytics skills, 2-3 years of experience working with big and complex databases, you’re technically savvy and have a good grasp on query techniques? **WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM**

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for compiling actionable insights from data and assisting sales, marketing, and technology teams to build data-driven processes. We at Parcel Perform will always put the customer first. We want them to get the most out of our data and showcase the endless possibilities of our service. You will be an important inflection point among their logistics data, challenges, and how our insights can support them. Your role will also involve driving initiatives to optimize the operational excellence of the data team.

Such complexity can be hard, especially with a focus on good operation practices. But that is ok. We aren’t here for ease anyway. We are here for people who want to up their game.

- Fluent in SQL to work with large data sets and relational databases to extract insights and optimize query planners; experience with Python a plus.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)
- Hand-on experience working with real data for customer insights, business, and market analysis. Work experience with logistics data is a plus.
- Good communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Open-minded, friendly, and strong willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels.
