The job holder is responsible for manage and be fully responsible for the Partnership Relationship Management - RBG, consulting and developing partners through the construction of CVPs for strategic partnerhips and other partnerships, thereby making the business needs for the team to design plans suitable for each partnership, meeting the needs of customers and ensuring the highest CLV for both banks and partners.
**Key Accountabilities (1)**:
- Strategy and planning:
- Develop a strategy (short term and long term) for the partnership channel;
- Design, build, deploy and manage the partnership channels and corresponding policies to meet customer needs, minimize channel costs and optimize the Bank's operational efficiency in line with CVP;
**Key Accountabilities (2)**:
- Operation management:
- Develop new partnerships, deepen the relationships with existing partners and coordinate with internal units (PFS, WB, BB, GTS) to achieve TCB-oriented business targets from time to time.
- Negotiate and directly work with strategic partnerships on business programs, banking services and personal finance issues to best meet the needs of solutions and approaches in effectively providing solutions to strategic partnerships.
- Deploy the relationship development strategy with strategic partnerships to achieve RBG's common business goals.
- Join /nominate staffs to the working team to research, analyze and understand partnerships/ their end-users and ecosystems, thereby value positioning of end-users, identifying pain-points, expectations and solutions for each customer according to the experience, thereby giving CVP, where to play, how to play and FM end-users customer segment.
- Participate / nominate staffs to develop and adjust the coordination mechanism between the department and partners to maintain the quality of the relationship.
- Develop and host events, seminars on business programs, sharing information and creating relationships with strategic partners.
- Be the RBG representatives of TCB to participate in building and presenting at events, seminars and other sharing/ information exchanges related to partnership channel in the industry.
- Participate / nominate personnel to participate in building, reviewing and adjusting the sales and service model for the partnership channel.
- Develop a retail CVP for strategic partnerships and other partnerships through coordination with the CST /WB to understand and manage cooperation relationships with external partners and be the focal point connecting with CST to coordinate with internal units (PFS segment, solution team, PFS CM, CSA, WB, BB, GTS) in the process of implementing solutions for retail customers.
- Set out business requirements and agree on solution development plan with product team. Thereby, it exchanges and agrees with partnerships on solutions that TCB can bring to them.
- Manage the operation effectiveness of each partnership: revenue, cost of the partnership management channel.
- Maintain work/operation rhythm through Agile work culture
