We are looking for a Branch Director to lead and scale WhiteCoat’s multi-service healthcare operations in Hanoi. As Branch Director, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, business growth, and team performance across both digital and on-the-ground medical offerings.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:
Branch Operations Management - Hanoi
- Oversee daily operations across all Hanoi service lines, including teleconsultation, health screenings, concierge services, and appointment booking
- Oversee operational budget and support functions to ensure seamless service delivery
- Design and implement SOPs and workflows to improve operational efficiency and service consistency

Business Development & Multi-Service Market Expansion
- Develop and execute growth strategies for all service categories in Hanoi market
- Track service-level KPIs and take corrective actions to meet business targets
- Drive corporate and individual customer acquisition, including direct client engagement
- Build and maintain partnerships with insurers, TPAs, clinics, and enterprise clients

Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of cross-functional staff
- Set clear goals and KPIs for team leads and monitor delivery
- Foster a proactive, respectful and accountable team culture with continuous learning

Medical Service Operations Management
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to address service issues and implement improvements

Financial Management & Reporting
- Supervise the budget and operating expenses of the Hanoi branch.
- Manage revenue and accounts receivable.

Standardization & Corporate Reporting
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and templates
- Submit regular updates on performance, staffing, and operational highlights

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Marketing, IT, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations or business management, ideally in healthcare or tech-enabled services
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and performance KPIs
- Proven ability to drive business growth, analyse financial reports, and manage corporate client relationships
- Flexible, proactive, highly responsible, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing), with strong communication skills across business and operational settings

Good to have
- Experience working with business management, healthtech, healthcare services or related industries (e.g. health insurance, TPAs, healthcare partners)
- Familiarity with Vietnam’s healthcare market (e.g. B2B, B2C, B2B2C business models, health insurance, TPA) and regulations, particularly in Hanoi
- Understanding of B2B/B2C/B2B2C healthcare business models and local regulations
- Existing network of corporate clients or healthcare industry partners in Vietnam
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, particularly Excel) and management tools (CRM, telehealth platforms, clinic/hospital management systems, data analytics tools
