**Responsibilities**:

- **Meeting Room Management**: Efficiently managed meeting room bookings to optimize space utilization and resource allocation. Conducted weekly inspections of meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to company standards.
- **Transportation Coordination**: Organized and coordinated company taxi cards and parking services for employees, ensuring convenient and reliable transportation.
- **Procurement**: Sourced and purchased office equipment, beverages, and facilities, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- **Expense Verification**: Accurately reviewed and verified bills and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Purchasing**: Initiated purchase requisitions for necessary items and processed payment requests to suppliers.
- **Office Supplies**: Maintained adequate levels of office stationery and supplies, placing timely orders to avoid shortages.
- **Office Maintenance**: Conducted regular inspections of the office to identify and address maintenance issues, maintaining a clean and functional work environment.
- **Document Management**: Implemented and maintained efficient document control systems to ensure the organization and accessibility of administrative records.
- **Ad-Hoc Tasks**: Actively participated in and completed ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- **Task Completion**: Proactively completed various administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- **Compliance**: Adhered to all relevant EHS and Facilities Management guidelines and regulations.

**Requirement**:

- University Degree
- At least 1 year in related field
- Excellent languages (English and Vietnamese) skills, especially Speaking.
- Have experience in in the field of facilities management.
- Have experience of managing external service providers and contractors.
- Basic awareness of EHS, IFM (Integrated Facilities Management).
- Proactive and excellent verbal communication by using English and Vietnamese (including telephone communication).
- Clever and appropriate customer service etiquette.
- Flexibility, Multitasking and Teamwork.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Well aware of digital transformation.
- Design and Presentation Skills.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 8,000,000₫ - 10,000,000₫ per month
