MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. To process the payroll of all hotel employees in accordance with departmental procedure.
2. To process auto pay system.
3. To update the payroll in accordance with all valid Personnel Action Forms received from the hotel’s Human Resources Department.
4. To prepare and submit end of month and end of year Personal Income Tax reports for all employees.
5. To prepare and process service charge monthly and yearly payments in accordance with departmental procedure.
6. To process the month end entry related to payroll and reconcile payroll account
7. To ensure that all department reports and correspondence are completed accurately and punctually.
8. To safeguard company assets at all times.
9. To maintain confidentiality in respect to payroll and all related matters.
10. To ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and procedures.
11. Any other reasonable task as directed by the management.
QUYỀN LỢI ĐƯỢC HƯỞNG
1. Full salary, SHUI contribution, service charge during probation period
2. 3 meals per day, full-equipped accommodation
3. Bao Viet insurance
4. 2 days off per week
5. Bonus(es) on Occasions in accordance with hotel policies.
