MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**SCOPE OF WORK**:
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supervising the accounts receivable function of Hoiana Shores Golf Club (*HSGC*), overseeing the timely collection of all receivables, maintaining the A/R system, reconciling daily receivables and credit card processing and assist preparing payment claim for payable and performs other related duties as assigned by Line Manager and the Company’s Management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Monitor accounts and incoming payments.
Perform verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
Work and reconcile intra transactions with Divisions. Find out and adjust if any differences.
Verify Credit Card documentation on completeness, respond to and resolve clients’ billing issues and questions.
Check and manage bills, invoices, and track bank deposits.
Reconcile the receivable ledger accounts and prepare monthly receivable statements.
Assist Payables Account to prepare the payment claim and post Material Management function.
Assist assistant Manager, Golf Accounting for preparing financial reports.
Further related tasks assigned by Line Manager/HOD/the Company management if any.
**REQUIREMENT**:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline
At least 1 year of experience in an international hotel or Golf.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and golf service
Good attention to detail, well-organized and team
- oriented.
Strong excel, power point and experience with POS/ SAP/Golf Software is preferred.
