**About Business Analyst Position**

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with a solid background in the **finance/accounting domain** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working closely with our UK-based client, collaborating across cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for various financial systems and solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Collect and analyze business and system requirements from clients.
- Prepare requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with UK clients and internal teams for solution design and validation.
- Monitor project progress, support testing phases, and address issues promptly.
- Bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
- Contribute to risk assessment and change impact analysis activities.

**Your skills and experience**:

- **Minimum** **3 years of experience as a Business Analyst** in IT projects.
- Proven experience in the **finance, accounting, or fintech domains**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite
- Good English communication
- Having a technical background is a strong plus
