**Job Descriptions**:

- _Internal job:_
- Generate Monthly plan for import department, implement, monitor & assess result of the plan quarterly.
- Propose development orientation & plan to BOD for each 6 months.
- Manage and control the work in import department, motivate employees in the room to reach the goals.
- Consult to Sales staffs about shipments to be handled / Special goods.
- Coordinate with the Head of Accounting Department when there are accounting problems related to imported goods.
- Combine to dispatching room to provide process/solution related to returning goods to customers
- Coordinate with Logistics Department Head to solve problems related to customs clearance for corporate/DDU/DDP customers.
- 2. External job:_
- Receive Customer Claim when they are not satisfied with Customer service performs.
- Consult customers in special shipments.
- Work with Agents to solve shipments troubles, handle urgent goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse: Regarding shipping issues to ICD
- Work with Shipping lines: Relating to pricing.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics or relevant fields.
- At least 3-5 years in the same position in forwarding companies.
- Good leadership, communication, negotiation.
- Good English
