Vị trí tuyển dụng/ Positions**:Import and Export Assistant Manager**

**Department: Purchasing and Import, Export**

**Mô tả công việc**
- Planning and proposing about goods to superiors, both for importing and finding domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitoring and managing the progress, quality, and quantity of goods, as well as handing any conflicts or issues related to products transportation.
- Receiving and cross-checking documents related to goods and verifying documents from suppliers.
- Determining HS code for the company’s imported products.
- Document preparation for tax refund
- Completing custom-related procedures such as declarations and import and export documentation.
- Managing and storing documents and costs related to the import and export process.
- Performing other tasks as required.

**Yêu cầu**
- Prefer Female.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Import Export/Purchasing or related fields.
- Having 03-05 years above of experience working in Automative company at the same level.
- Proficient in English & MS Office
- Good communication, Computer skill, Problem solving skills and End to end process handling skills.
- Be able to work under pressure
