**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Junior Marketing Expert** to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong interest in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies, as well as a passion for contributing to the growth of a transformative ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and execute strategies to grow TOK Chain’s presence on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to the blockchain and crypto audience.
- **Content Creation & Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in implementing innovative marketing campaigns, including collaborations with influencers, partnerships, and community events. Track performance metrics to optimize ongoing projects.
- **Graphic Design Support**: Work with the design team to create compelling visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, ensuring alignment with TOK Chain’s branding and campaign goals.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively interact with blockchain, Web3, and meme markets to promote TOK Chain, foster relationships, and attract genuine users.
- **Industry Networking**: Leverage and build relationships with partners, industry networks, and past collaborators to expand TOK Chain’s reach and impact.
- **Strategic Marketing Leadership**: Assist in leading and managing marketing activities, including performance marketing, PR, on-site and off-site efforts, brand awareness, and social media strategies.
- **Event Planning & Campaigns**: Contribute to the strategic design, planning, and execution of annual marketing strategies, activities, events, and campaigns tailored to local audiences and global blockchain trends.
- **User Success Funnel Management**: Build, manage, and optimize TOK Chain’s user success funnel, including oversight of key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement.
- **Performance Reporting**: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to executive management and stakeholders, analyzing marketing performance and suggesting improvements.
- **Affiliate & Partnership Management**: Attract, manage, and strengthen relationships with affiliates, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while improving incentivization strategies for user growth.
- **Local Market Insights**: Monitor and share knowledge on local trends, communities, and news that can inform brand awareness and marketing innovations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 space, with a demonstrated portfolio of successful campaigns or achievements.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity on Layer 1 blockchains, centralized exchanges (CEX), staking platforms, and the meme market.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred; other languages are welcomed.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in collaborative platforms like Google Docs, Telegram, and Discord.
**Preferred Traits**:
- Demonstrated industry knowledge and passion for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 trends.
- Experience working with or building relationships in the crypto space, including partnerships with projects, influencers, or platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A strong portfolio or track record of previous work is highly valued.
