**Receptionist job description**

(Salary start from 12,000,000mils)

**Because of the time differences between the two countries, you are expected to work at night.**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Provide host in Zoom when required, take employees and guests to breakroom
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Make phone calls to remind of tours and consult of available apartments

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office
- Must be fluently in English (B2-C1 Level and above)
- Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- *Your salary could be negotiable depends on your experience and background_

Pay: From 12,000,000₫ per month
