Chúc Bạn Sức khỏe và Thành công. **Phúc Lợi**: - Máy tính xách tay - Bảo hiểm - Du Lịch - Phụ cấp - Xe đưa đón - Du lịch nước ngoài - Đồng phục - Thưởng - Chăm sóc sức khỏe - Đào tạo - Tăng lương - Công tác phí - Chế độ nghỉ phép - Chế độ tập thể dục **Mô tả công việc**: - **Strategic Planning and Development**: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, onboard, and manage new business models and channels that drive significant business volume and revenue growth. - **Partnership Management**: Oversee and strengthen relationships with key dealers and partners, ensuring optimal performance from third-party models, including direct sales and telesales channels, to consistently generate high-quality leads. - **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing partnership and sales team, setting clear objectives, providing strategic guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and success. - **Performance and Analytics**: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all partnership channels, providing in-depth analysis and reporting to senior management to inform strategic decisions. - **Budget and P&L Management**: Manage the budget for partnership activities and campaigns, ensuring a strong return on investment and a positive contribution to the company's P&L. - **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to ensure our partnership strategy remains agile and effective. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Credit, and other departments to align on goals and ensure a seamless end-to-end partner experience. **Yêu cầu công việc**: - **Experience**: Minimum of [e.g., 8-10] years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the financial services industry. - **Leadership**: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong track record of building and managing successful teams. - **Strategic Acumen**: Exceptional ability to identify market opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and execute them effectively to drive revenue growth. - **Communication**: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making. - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
