Warehouse Supervisor

**Description**

**The opportunity**:
Manage warehouse activities including receiving, storing and issuing of materials to meet operational requirements in accordance with standard procedures.

**How you’ll make an impact**:

- Youn will ensure warehouse operational activities is conducted according to standard procedures and safety & quality regulations, ensure efficient utilization of space, ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards are met and design, revise and implement layout, controls, procedures, and discipline in the storage areas; ensures that stock items are constantly labeled, stored, preserved in an appropriate way.
- You will ensure the material is stored properly as supplier’s instruction/ recommendation, manage material time life, aging to ensure material is issued based on FI-FO, FE-FO and maintain a clear & clean and organized warehouse to achieve maximum results.
- You will ensure stock control systems are up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy and execute the corresponding SAP transaction in a timely manner.
- You will analyze missing materials report and define prevention actions, recommend adjustments of safety stock, reordering points, fix lot sizes by identifying inefficiencies, avoid delivery interruptions and minimize stock level
- You will assist in the stock taking: report with explanation for difference cases, provide corrective/ preventive action and manage obsolete material by recommending adequate strategy.
- You will implement standard work instructions: review and update, assist in the problem solving of any issues related to warehouse operations, take leading position in improvement projects in warehouse and provide training and guidance to team members.

**Your background**:

- University graduated in Economy or Logistics Management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Comprehensive understanding of material flow & storage concepts, MS Office, Windows, Word, Excel. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system a plus.
- Good knowledge and skills of manufacturing processes, warehouse management. Kaizen and innovation skills.
- Able to work under pressure, able to multitask and analytical thinker and good planning skills.
- Good command of English.
