You will be responsible to directs the Warehouse and distribution activities, Logistics function. You will monitor all warehouse & distribution activities and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve Supply Chain KPIs. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation. You will maintain all requirements regarding Quality Management System and EHS Management System, ensures it is followed at all time. You will report directly to Country Supply Chain Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Make sure goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively and that they meet the required quality standards: Plan to ensure stock levels remain adequate ( Raw material / finish good / packaging / label). - Preparation all materials to make sure OTIF - Coordinate with 3PLs to deliver to customer on time. - Manage all RMs and FGs for Vietnam included internal transfer among PPG WH. - Monitor and keep track all incoming RMs/FGs and out coming RMs/FGs. - Update on time stock movement (as daily adjustment for Tech, sales sample and solvent cleaning consumption). - Inventory management base on FIFO. - Monitoring and control DOI of RM and FG. - Managing periodically stock count at Finance request to meet KPIs. - Confirm stock quantity for all WH by the end of month. - Manage RMs and Packaging to adapt production schedule. - Co-ordinate with Tech, Purchasing team,. to control RMs & FGs in proper way (QC status, shelf-life, expired good ) - Daily cycle count and inventory reports. - Monitoring logistic cost for both RMs transfer, FGs delivery Requirement: **Qualifications** - Years of experience: 5 year(s) in inventory management - Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Business. - Work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment. - Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills - Good proficiency in verbal & written English and local language - Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality systems and EHS system **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
