FWD Vietnam Technology Company Limited., known as FWD VTC, was set up in 2024 and is part of FWD Group. - Responsible for Company Tax reports: VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT Invoices, Transfer Pricing, procurement
- Research the implication of tax laws and advise company on tax related issue
- Responsible for GL posting: Salary, Accrual, Interco follow VAS and IFRS standard
- Fix Asset monitoring and control

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Account Receivable:

- Prepare and upload (park) recharge billing to respective Business unit
- Monitor withholding tax documents required by business partner for settlement purpose.
- Prepare and monitor monthly Aging Report

Account Payable:

- Assemble, review and verify invoices
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices to requesters and follow up with functions / vendors to resolve the issues
- Enter and upload invoices into procurement system to map for payment
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payment runs
- Upload (park) transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Support any other ad hoc payment assignment including providing supporting documentation for audits etc.
- Prepare and monitor monthly Aging Report

Cash and Banking:

- Enter and upload (park) all the bank transactions
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Liaise with banker for any enquiries

Fixed Asset:

- Prepare and maintain fixed asset register
- Monthly reconciliation of fixed asset register maintained by Finance and asset tagging file kept by each department
- Monthly depreciation posting
- Yearly fixed asset count

Accrual and Prepayment:

- Prepare and maintain monthly fixed accrual schedule and prepayment schedule
- Enter and upload (park) monthly accrual and amortization journal into ledger

Month end:

- Perform FX Revaluation and Translation
- Enter and upload (park) ad hoc journal reclassification.

Reporting and Support
- Support Manager for HFM submission/ quarter reporting
- Support Manager in monthly preparing Management Account
- Support Manager for Annual audit and tax support
- WHT payment and GST submission
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
