We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our development team in the Information Technology (IT) Department. Our mission is to foster digital transformation in businesses to improve efficiency and productivity. Your role will involve extensive experience in Java development, building scalable and high-performance backend systems. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing backend services, ensuring robustness, security, and efficiency.

What you will do:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, mobile developers, systems engineers, and designers, to deliver integrated and efficient solutions.
- Optimize and improve the performance of backend systems.
- Ensure adherence to security and data protection best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

**Yêu cầu**:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with other backend languages: Node.js.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
