To support and lead a variety of strategic efforts inclusive of playing a pivotal role in building annual/long-term strategic plans. This position is crucial to the Company's ability to establish its short, medium, and long-term plans in a highly challenging sector. You will need to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and leads cross-functional teams in the development of Company-wide operational strategies.
This role will require someone with a combination of technical and softer skills - how you do things is often as important as what you do. The success in this role demands a strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature.

**Corporate Strategy Development**
- Develop corporate strategy by engaging with Leadership teams in PCA, PCA PrIGM and PVA's Top Leadership Team (TLTs) and Senior Leadership Group (SLGs) for defining clear vision, mission, and strategic directions for profitable growth.
- Be responsible for spearheading the strategic vision across all fronts of the business
- Engage with the TLTs and SLGs to formulate strategy plan that ensures strong alignment of corporate strategy and department strategies/ objectives.
- Drive strategy development and execution by playing a lead role in all the planning activities performed by the Company establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable and tangible plans
- Be responsible for bringing together crucial pieces of information such as strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options.
- Provide strategic analysis on business opportunities with a view to develop relevant strategies for business growth
**Setting the Strategic Planning Framework**
- Draft and develop the strategic planning framework to implement across the Company
- Embed strategic planning practice across the Company
- Evaluates and recommends business portfolio frameworks, strategies, financial concepts, practices, programs, processes, and measures to be applied across the business.
**Corporate Strategy Performance Management**
- Engages and supports the business in numerous fronts in defining and refining business strategies with a specific focus on designing and implementing new strategic approaches, ideas, and processes that will grow the business and available measurable results
- Lead the periodic business performance reviews at corporate levels that ensure well preparation and effective follow-ups for the regional Quarterly Dialogues and Monthly TLT Meetings.
- Put in place performance measures that will determine the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for strategic improvement.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure that initiatives have appropriate resources for development, and are ultimately delivered on time and on budget
**Strategy Advice and Communication**
- Develop strategy communication plans and ensure corporate strategies are effectively communicated to the right levels and stakeholders.
- Fulfil a business advisory / value enhancement role in supporting management across the Company in the development of our strategy
**Market Intelligence Development and Management**:
- Develop and build market, financial, and competitive intelligence analysis tools and frameworks to facilitate strategic decision making.
- Oversee and profile competitors, competitive products and maintain our Intellectual Property portfolio with up-to-date market information
- Frequently provide the comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models updates including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces.
- Drive the market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning, and proactively makes recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration.
**Team Management**:
- Lead and support the Corporate Strategy team in daily operation.
- Provide coaching, on the job training and support team members when necessary
- Help subordinates to develop their career roadmap.
