The Compliance Executive is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of the GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) Framework.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in the design, development, and ongoing evaluation of compliance strategy, monitoring and auditing plans, risk framework, and remedial action plan.
- Maintain and update VNGGames SOX documents.
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance and audit activities, sampling, and preparation of audit reports and other materials.
- Recognize common compliance vulnerabilities and recommend basic compliance controls to mitigate compliance risks.
- Work with systems owners and administrator to identify, document, monitor current risks and control
- Monitoring IT compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Risk Management, or related fields. Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC is preferred.
- Have 2-3 years experiences in one or more of the following areas: IT audit, IT risk, internal control, risk management.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
