Senior Compliance & Risk Management Executive position is responsible for providing strategic direction in the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust compliance and risk management programs within the Property Management Department. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive work assignments, manage and take responsibility for assigned work results and quality.
- Check and supervise the processes, regulations, and forms of departments to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Control legal risks and ensure compliance with regulations in the company's operations.
- Check and evaluate the legality and compliance of the company's activities with the provisions of law, internal regulations, processes.
- Develop policies, regulations, and procedures to manage and guide the company's legal work.
- Advise/legally advise the Board of Directors and departments on legal issues, legal regulations and related risks that may arise.
- Drafting/Legal review of contracts/documents/processes/legal documents.
- Draft, review and appraise the legality and legality of documents and contracts signed by the Company.
- Participate in negotiations and negotiation with partners as requested by Managers.
- Resolve complaints, disputes and related proceedings.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor of Law
- Additional training of lawyer skills or qualification to practice as a lawyer.
- At least 5 years of experience in Construction, Real estate, with 3 years in a similar position
- Worked at companies with a large workforce ( > 500 headcounts)
- Experience with drafting and editing legal submissions.
- Master the current legal regime.
- Master knowledge of professional expertise and circulars, decrees, and legal documents related to work
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Flexible organizational and work management skills
- Communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills
