You will join a dynamic Global Legal BP team based across several different countries, who work to provide excellent stakeholder service and to achieve pragmatic solutions for the TikTok e-commerce teams.

You will have experience advising digital platforms, in particular e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, understand how the law is developing to regulate them, and have the versatility to advise across a broad range of commercial workstreams. You will support a diverse range of initiatives across cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional teams to support the TikTok e-commerce teams.

You will join a dynamic legal team based across several different countries, who work to provide excellent stakeholder service and to achieve pragmatic solutions for the TikTok e-commerce teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the business in understanding and complying with legal and regulatory requirements when launching e-commerce related products and features in Vietnam
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of e-commerce legal matters with a focus on consumer protection, platform liability, B2B and B2C engagement, advertising, influencer marketing, and intellectual property.
- Partner closely with local and international stakeholders in legal, privacy, and public policy, to deliver projects against short timeframes, setting appropriate priorities and managing legal risk.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of TikTok e-commerce initiatives through review and implementation of consumer disclosures, policies, and terms and conditions applicable to our users/customers/partners.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements relevant to digital and e-commerce platforms.
- Contribute to contract template development, process improvement and internal training, identifying and resolving opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce contractual friction.
- Engage, instruct, and manage external counsel as necessary

- Bachelor of Laws' degree
- Qualification to practice law in Vietnam
- Deep knowledge of and familiarity with Vietnam laws as it applies to platform providers and e-commerce platforms
- Significant experience in platform liability, intellectual property, consumer protection, regulatory and compliance schemes applicable to new technology and e-commerce products and customer/third party agreements
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements across retail, creative, advertising, and technology industries
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills in a cross-functional and global role
- Ability to work independently on many different projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an international team a plus
