Account Executive

**I. SUMMARY**:
This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an agency environment, and a close-knit group of colleagues to be involved in day-to-day account management, strategy, creative, reporting, communications, and liaising with our partners and vendors.
**II. RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Organise, manage and liaise the day-to-day digital, social and traditional actions, reporting and executional processes
- Understand client business and how to match it with agency expertise to drive measurable results
- Take part in campaign strategic and creative development by providing data-driven insights as well as knowledge of fore-front technology innovation
- Engage and activate both internal team members and the Client to maximise integrated campaign effectiveness
- Partner with Social, Creative and Strategy to provide agency recommendations for new innovative tools, vendors, and technologies
- Serve as the trusted voice of the audience by assimilating customer and marketplace insights into the development of creative strategies
- Use analysis to drive decisions in a way that yields sustained, measurable results
- Document Client meetings/conference calls in writing, outlining direction and agreements made
- Assist in shoot planning with producers, timelines and creative executions
- Manage estimates/billing with coordinator to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing
- Provide nightly updates (online) informing Account Director of top-level status of client
- Lead daily executions
**III. REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or another related field
- An eagerness to learn and be challenged
- Ability to add structure and process when project plan is unclear/undefined
- An advanced understanding of content strategy, creative, and production timelines.
- Strong project management skills and ability to delegate
- Ability to multitask several different projects at once
- Resourcefulness and flexibility
- Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills
- A “Do It Now” mentality
