Welcomes customer, receive comments from customer; answer all customers’ questions concerning our service and further information.
Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems.
Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.
Be responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and staff within the hotel and for external communications.
Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
Analyses and approves discounts and rebates.
Supports and assists departments at peak periods, especial Front Office.
Communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
Takes care of the specific exchange rate.
QUYỀN LỢI ĐƯỢC HƯỞNG
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
Self-motivated/ dynamic, friendly, good interpersonal skills.
Task management, and great attention to detail.
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) and Japanese / Russian / Chinese, etc.. is preferable
Teamwork and can work under pressure.
Experience in Customer Service skills.
Good at public speaking.
