**Responsibilities**:

- Track incoming deadlines and tasks for the Trade Marketing team and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing bi-weekly and monthly presentation decks.
- Collaborate in analyzing program performance data and brainstorm improvements.
- Research insights on referrers and analyze the performance of referees to measure impact.
- Track accounts payable for users receiving rewards. - Update program user data.
- Analyze user participation rates in various programs. - Brainstorm ideas to enhance user interactions and program engagement.
- Monitor the progress of eligible users and ensure form submissions for offer acceptance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in marketing, data analysis, and trade marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior internship experience in marketing or data analysis (preferred but not required)
- Ability to analyze data and suggest improvements
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to track multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (preferred)
