Key Requirements:

- Support Trade MKT Manager work with Customer team to deploy & follow up all activities of Oral Health to meet each project timeline.
- Work with MKT team/Agency on design to adapt from Brand key visual for NPI to related artworks of in-store communication tools and make sure the artworks compliant with Haleon promotion system and Vietnam regulatory.
- Work with Internal team: Procurement/QA/RA/CD/MT team to develop, follow up & implement POSM production /installation, channel activation programs, Auditing service in the market base on Haleon process and TMK manager guidelines.
- Prepare STP, Memo, track actual spend vs plan, evaluate the result and follow up payment of all programs/projects relate to Trade activities.
- Collect & keep all supporting document of all programs/projects relate to Trade activities for audit purpose.
- Other admin tasks.

Key Qualifications:

- 4th-year student or Fresh Graduate preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset and a passion for content creation. Experience with using editing software (Power BI, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,etc.)Fa
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
