National Sales Manager

To lead the delivery of top line through distribution channel for all baskets
- Develop and implement overall strategy, policy, channel development for direct and indirect partners
- Manage and expand footprint, ensure maximum market coverage for the company products. Perform customer mapping. Identify and access key customers, potential market territory.
- Plan and implement Sales, MKT activities and other necessary action plans to fuel through the pipelines
- Manage SFC: both direct and indirect (allocated costs)

To deliver a sustainable growth (strong and wide coverage PoS network), productivity (meeting the guidance Commercial Margin), cross-selling and increase market share across all products and assigned channels
- Manage Top line and Bottom-line
- Drive sales growth and profitability of the Partner Retail Business in the allocated segments.
- Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the Retails Business Models
- Manage Support Function Cost
- both direct and indirect (allocated costs) - towards high efficiency
- Strategy development and deployment:
Assume direct responsibility for the formulation of Partner Retail business strategy and its execution within Vietnam country:
- Development of effective sales methodologies and processes and deploy
- Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing
- Development and execution of the strategic process to secure pipeline opportunities
- People management and development Lead and manage the people, growing talent to ensure we have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities
- Develop and implement a high performance sales culture practices in the team
- Identify and develop talents in the sales and operations team
- Upgrade the Team’ competencies, sales expertise and sales behavioral level.
- Recruit the right sales and sales support talents to continue driving growth in sales and profitability
Provide frequent coaching, feedbacks and management support to internal Retail talents
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure customer intimacy and build added-value relationship with relevant customers (e.g. end-users, distributors, electricians..)
- Promote cross-selling and global solutions including all the company expertise domains to our customers in the market
- Work closely with other BUs to secure the project with full solution available within the company
- Team player & team spirit
- Maintain positive working climate. Develop good relations with Retail team and Cross-function teams to resolve issues, follow up action plans and keep abreast of information and latest update
**Qualifications**
- Education: University degrees in Business and/or engineering degree
- Working Experience: 7 years working experience in electrical sales or channel sales of relevant industry
- At least 5 years with Management experience
- Business Understanding: Commercial profile with excellent understanding of markets, customers and channels
- Understand company’s products and competitors is an advantage
- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
- Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince
- Accept to work under pressure, high commitment
- Willing to travel - monthly to province
**Salary**: 100,000,000₫ - 120,000,000₫ per month
