**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
As a Product Owner, you will be the voice of the internal teams by recommending process changes, defining vision and scope, and proactively communicating project visions to business leaders, stakeholders, and users. By joining our team, your responsibilities will be (and not limited to):

- Own a product line which is assigned from Product Manager, Domain Manager to develop and maintain product vision and strategies.
- Work closely with Product Manager, stakeholders, development, and design teams to prioritize and grow the product, maximize value for users.
- Combine data, market research and industry best practices to understand the problems, identify the opportunities to create value.
- Communicate and collaborate with engineer managers, development teams to study feasibility for product development.
- Take high-level product requests and break them down into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Participate in the product prototyping process, interface mock-up, wireframe, and GUI creation in an Agile environment.
- Work with Agile mindset, prioritize backlog to deliver the right features over sprints, ensuring continuous product delivery.
- Share the business value to the development team so they understand the intent behind the new features, release, or product.
- Work with all team members to ensure product requirements are understood and can move from design to development to release.
- Verify and validate developed features before deployment and produce release notes.
- Manage the reporting process to keep open lines of transparency on the progress of the project.
- Constantly communicate with stakeholders for fixing product issues, analyze and prioritize product improvements & backlog.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information System/Information Technology/Business/Logistics,or any other relevant fields.
- 1 year of experience as Product Owner or 2 years of experience Business Analyst.
- Advanced English level and good aptitude for learning and understanding new domains and technologies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with development team and stakeholders as well as good emotional quotient.
- Must have product-mindset and the ability to think MVP and focus on the highest priority features for development.
- Be familiar with requirement elicitation/management.
- Proven experience with requirement specification techniques such as user story, modeling, prototyping would be a big plus.
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle with solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices would be a big plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
